Hello,

Has anyone encountered any problems with restoring backup'd files back to their phones using the PC Suite's Backup manager? Somehow every time I try to restore using the backup file, which was generated by the Backup Manager's backup feature, it fails all the time. I emailed SE Tech Support, and all they said was to try using a different USB port, which still didn't fix the problem. Would appreciate any help regarding this issue.
