s40: corrupted phone book (plain address book on sim)

All of a sudden, all the phone number in the phone book (on sim) are corrupted and showing my own handset number. Funny thing, quick access button (1-9) still works with the pre-assigned number but the corresponding name are gone.

Any help would be appreciated.

Reset the phone (see manual).
