As many of you might know I want to hack my soon to hopefully have Kyocera Switchback.

I am gonna get a generic USB cable from ebay.

Ok, that is where I am good, otherwise I don't know what I am doing.

I want to be able to make custom ringtones on my computer and transfer them to my phone, make custom wallpapers and transport them from my comp to my phone, maybe make some wallpapers and do the same

I want to be able to delete the startup animation so when I turn on the phone it comes right on, doesn't do that little garbage time waster animation that my oystr does.

I don't know if the switchback supports it, but if it doesn't have video recorder, than I would like one, The razr first came out with only picture taking capibilities but you can actually mod it to unlock the hiddem video camera feature.

Maybe different themes and fonts and icon packs...ringtones like I said earlier...maybe put more games onto the phone...idk...

But what do I need to do all of this? What programs do I need and is there a thread somewhere covering all of this?
