because the phone just plain sucks. and because the v3xx would replace it as their best seller. if they replaced the v3 volume with v3xx it would probably cost even less than it is now! the v3 should have been dropped a long time ago. |

The average joe does not text/IM or surf the internet from his phone and half the people i deal wit on a daily are happy wit pictures you and i would laugh at because its no were near clear like the v3xx or v9, so why not keep a phone that you could offer for free until you get the 3G network rock solid? Something you can hand a customer and not have him come back and say "this thing drops calls were my v551 never did" or "the battery life on this thing is unacceptable" I guess ill never see your point and you'll never understand mine... so ill just agree to disagree wit you

However its primary flaw is its inability to handoff from umts to gsm reliably. They should sell a cheap 2g only version. |
