Why are some Motorola Phone Tools on torrent sites 80mb, others over 400???

Ok I'm asking because I got a disc by mail from ebay and it was only 80mb of data when installed, before update. Why do some torrents have over 400mb?
How big was your install?

well usually MPT is a pretty big app to use.. if im not mistaken the difference whether it be a live update thats on the disc meaning its a newer version that someone made you vs installing the entire program itself... hmm i think i have that right 
.. i usually get the CD myself then live update to a newer version usually running 50-80mb depending on whats on it..
