Thats what I kind of figured it would be. Can you tell me the 1st day that I should be getting paid? Just curious as to I am starting and seeing when I will first get paid. I start Sept 4th.

The last hourly paycheck cut in August is on 08/31, and it covers the hours worked from 8/12 thru 8/25.

The next hourly paycheck cut after that will be on 09/14/07, and will cover the hours worked from 8/26/07 thru 09/8/07. If you're starting on the 4th, that means that you will have worked a total of 5 days in that bill cycle, so you may get a paycheck for 5 days of work on 09/14/07, or they may defer it to the 09/28/07 paycheck. Just depends on HR I guess, and how quickly they get you enrolled in PeopleSoft, get your W4's straightened out, etc etc....

I do find it a bit odd that they'd have you start in the middle of a pay cycle, and on a Tuesday to boot...is that when you start training?

Yeah I start training on the 4th. The 3rd is memorial day or labor day I can't remember which one it is.
