Bluetooth and z710i

i got a bluetooth dongle today and i dont know how, but it installed. the cd that came with it didnt work, so i had to do it manually after a while, i came across bluesoeil, installed it, and somehow my bluetooth started to work. i have a few trial phone programs but nothing is detecting my bluetooth, let alone my phone. i was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to connect my phone to my computer using this bluetooth device. (bluetooth) model number es-388, showed up as ISSCBTA when i first connected it to my computer.

There is a forum donated to bluetooth inquiries/questions. I don't think this has too much to do with the Z710i.
