Having trouble with Blackjack email...

I have my Blackjack set up for POP3 email with gmail through xpress mail, and I have it set to check for new mail every 15 minutes. But only about half the mail i'm getting is being sent to the phone. I have the same gmail account set up with outlook on my computer, so I don't know if that is the problem, but I checked my mail today around 12 noon and I had mail from 8 AM that never showed up on my phone.

And for some reason it won't let me access account options in the mail options menu.

Any idea how to fix this?

in your outlook on your desktop...go to:

tools > email > account > next > change > more settings > advanced > check the box that says "leave a copy of messages on the server"

I did that around 1 pm. Just checked my mail on the PC now and I have a bunch of mail that never went to my phone. When I go to send/receive on the phone it brings in the new emails and a ton of old ones. But shouldn't new ones just pop up?

This is a known issue and there are no smoking guns on how to resolve. Most have moved on to 3rd party email apps.

you could try reconciling deleted email from your gmail account. the only other option is to remove/readd the account and see if it fixes the issue. there's no definite resolution at this point.
