Installer.app: Super easy method for 3rd party apps

I searched and was surprised to not see this somewhere in this forum. There is a new app out (currently for Mac) that is basically "one-step" (still have to do some command line stuff, but easy) process to get a new app on the iPhone that you can then download OVER THE AIR apps to the iPhone.
You can put the Installer.app on there, then access a variety of public apps, including ready-to-go packages for SSH and SFTP (for getting right into the file system from your computer), as well as games, text editors, a voice recorder, etc.

(I have a old iMac that I found at work, like 9.0 or something like that, but it won't run the new stuff
