None that I'm aware of. I don't think Apple had any intention of making the iPhone compatible in any way with Palm Desktop or Palm OS data formats.
For contacts and calendar stuff, you may be able to sync the Treo with Outlook, then see if the iPhone will sync with Outlook also. I have no idea if it will.

You would need to hotsync with your computer and the treo. If you use a PC, then make sure it syncs with Outlook. On the Mac, it uses the iSync conduit to sync to Address Book and Calendar. Photos will also be put on your computer somewhere (easier to find it on a PC than the Mac, for some reason Palm hides pictures inside a folder inside a folder and doesn't tell you where it is if you use a Mac).
Then when you get the iPhone, it should automatically sync with the data on your computer. Programs written for the Palm operating system woun't work on the iPhone, so those are no use anyway.
If you have movies or music on the treo, if I were you I would put it on an SD card, then copy it from the SD card to your computer (I use a card reader). Then when it's time to use the iPhone tell iTunes to get the music, and it should sync ok with the phone.
There are always caveats, e.g., music must be in mp3 or mp4 format and movies in something that iTunes can see.

Back when I used to use a Palm/Handspring PDA as my full time organizer (and even had the VisorPhone no less! Pre-Treo 180... very nerdy), Palm included an Outlook HotSync conduit from a company called Chapura. Look for it. Might still work, heck, might still even be given to you by Palm.

It's called Pocket Mirror.
