I want to keep the number I have with Verizon right now, and port it once I can get a ERP. But once I leave ATT, will I be able to port that number out?

Can you port OUT of your ERP? Like if I were to leave ATT and I wanted to go to Verizon or stick with ATT, could I port that number out?

Yes you can port it in and out of a erp account. That is why they are suppose to convert your account to a consumer account once you quit. I think COU numbers are company owned, and you would lose the number if you were to leave.

ERP's are under your name and ssn, you can port in/out..... the COU is under the companys info. If your able to port in, your giving the number away because once you quit you won't be able to port out it becomes company property.....
