I have my HTC Touch working prefect for the past 2 month. But since Monday, strange thing suddenly happened! All kind of messages only give me blank screen(but message list is display normally)! I meant the window still there but the message not showing up like I set the font color as same as the background. I also not able to write any messages, just not display whatever I typed. Another than that, everything seems normal, I can type on any other function such as create contact, appointment...etc. Any idea what's wrong?

I have the exact same problem. It just started 2 days ago. My wife got the same exact phone as me (T-mobile wing, with Windows Mobile 6, also made by HTC) at the same time as me, and hers was fine, but today hers also developed the same problem. I can see all of the message titles but when I click on them I get a blank screen except for the menu bars at the top and bottom of the screens. Same for MMS or SMS. When I get an SMS the message contents show in the pop-up window that tells me I have a new message, so the information is there, but it doesn't work when I go to the messaging application. I have tried uninstalling all of my programs and soft resets... have yet to try a hard reset because the last time I did something like that I lost all of my "5 faves" (5 people you call for free...) and had a lot of trouble getting them to add it back to the menu. If you or anyone else finds a solution PLEASE post it on here. The primary function that I use on my phone is e-mail, I need to get this working... Likewise, I will post if I figure it out.

I've been working at it since I posted here and I've figured it out. Might be different for you, but this is what is was for me. I had this Japanese input program (also comes in Chinese input, which is what others posed about in other forums like this one: https://forums.microsoft.com/window...=1592&siteid=65)
It's called "CE-star". My copy was unregistered and the trial period ran out, so I couldn't use the input but I could still read Japanese web content, etc, so I left it on. It doesn't display in my "Remove Programs" tab and can't be removed that way, so I had forgotten about it when I uninstalled other programs. To remove it I had to go into the programs folder and find its folder where there was an uninstall file that I could click on. Hopefully this will help you to solve your problem, too. Good luck!
