Well, again that is.

I am currently using the HTC Tytn and I really like how it works at work. Problem is, this is not a work phone and I take it with me when I go out and I don't like how big it is.
The primary use is Outlook contacts, task manager, notes, etc
Mobile Word & Excel
Some web browsing, some media.

So, should I continue with the smartphone type phone and get a second smaller phone to use the rest of the time?
Some other non-phone PDA and a small mobile phone?
Is there a smaller more compact smartphone that will allow me to do what I want?

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
