I'm about to start having to pay for my phone bill, and want a phone that I can affordably check email, browse the web etc on. Both phones fit the picture, but the blackjack seems like it would be more expensive, since you can get the "sidekick plan" for 20 bucks a month with tmobile. I text a HECK of a alot, and the unlimited text is included on the sidekick plan as well.
Help!!

hmm... no replies yet!
but i just found out you cant even transfer files via bluetooth on the sidekick... i think thats uber lame since i can do that with my little slvr.

what would be the cheapest way to go with internet and unlimited text on the blackjack?

Well, the side kick wont work on any other GSM provider other than T-Mobile. With the BlackJack you can get unlimited data but not txts. Media max 200 fits your bill. Only 20 bucks a month for unlimited data and 200 txt/pic. ect. . Or the media max 1500 for 10 bucks more. Make sure when you change your plan its from a non - corporate store.

or for 25 dollars you could get the unlimited internet plus unlimited mobile to mobile texting. But im not gonna lie, i used to love my sidekicks texting ability. I recently sold my blackjack because of the keyboard lag. Also, i really dont like samsungs interface for texting and mms stuff.

Could I change my plan online via their site?

Its recommended that you add the media max 200 plan online. If you try to do it in person you may get rejected. Depending on the customer rep.
