K810 WONT START!!! :help:

i've been having some problems with my k810 and was informed to attemped a master reset as a solution. This then produced a "please wait" screen. I came back 3 hours later and it was still there...i powered it down and removed the battery. after reinsertion and powered it back on and the please wait screen reappeared. hopeful that the process would resume or restart i left it alone for another 3-5 hours. when i returned the screen was still there...please help! i dont think that the reset has been completed as this morning my alarm went off but after i disabled the alarm it reverted to that darn screen...does anyone know anything i can do short of sending it in???

Had the same problem on a mates K800i.
Reflashing the firmware via SEUS did the trick but it took half a dozen attemps before it would recgnoise and start the firmware transfer.

the thing recognises it but it says that the firmware is up to date!
