Blackjack is a smartphone and ATT Tilt is a PocketPC Phone. I am pretty sure you already know that. It just depends on what you need. If you need a touchscreen, a bigger screen, a built-in GPS, more RAM/ROM then go for the ATT Tilt. If you are ok with features of Blackjack then go for it, instead.|

I had it upgraded to WM6 and it worked perfectly. Two reasons why I am upgrading are GPS and more RAM/ROM. I had long been contemplating on buying a GPS and Kaiser/Tilt offers me that in one device.
