wing not vibrate when IM rec'd

When my newly purchased Wing is set to vibrate mode, it does not vibrate to notify that an IM (AIM) has been received. TMobile support no help. HTC no help. Solution? Alternatives?

are you talking about the OZ messs client or another third party client?
