Moto E815 VZW to Alltel..Dead??

Ok ill keep it short and sweet, i had a VZW Moto E815 Brand new and i wanted to flash it to Alltel and somehow the phone got stuck Ram Loading....
and thats it it would not do anything at all so i pulled the battery out which i have had a few phones do this and i just tried again and it would work however the e815 will not turn on at all, i tried the batter in a 710 and it worked just fine Anyideas on what i can do.... i was using RSD Lite 3.3 which i have been for a long time since it came out and ive never had this happen to me.
