I am so confused...

Okay!.. Past wednesday i placed order to switch from tmobile to at&t... i transferred one line and got additional two lines for a 89.99 plan .. its been not 3 days and i recieved email alert for my bill which is due before 15th september..
It says the cycle is from 08/20 to 08/22 .. 8/20 is when i ordered and 8/22 is i believe the activation date.. ( ordered from letstalk.com and paid them seperately ) so these are not device charges...
i have no idea what the heck all this is ..

Your fist bill is prorated and consists of two days of use plus the next months bill, it also contains all the activation fees.
