open ibrickr, click on "files". click on the "applications" folder, then you will see all the apps in individual folders. each app folder contains an "icon.png" file, this is the main icon for the app, so if your going to replace it with your own, just click on it and delete it, upload yours (with the same name "icon.png") to that same folder. restart phone.
