Hi guys,

As the title suggests my backight and handset speaker stopped worken last night simultaniously. This seems to me to be a connection issue, but I cant get the front faceplate off to take a look.

Anyone know how to do this. Its under manufac. warranty, but it seems Telus has ensured even that will cost a good chunk of money to leverage.

Doing that looks really tricky.. I've searched around but alas, I have found nothing... but you might just be able to do it with two credit cards.. (The way I did it on my N73) not sure if it will work but you could give it a try, otherwise you should just pay to get it done.
