I have had my Mogul a little over a month and have some questions about it.
First of all, I LOVE IT
I have a problem with the bluetooth portion of the phone.
The quality is very poor. I can hear fine, but people cant hear me very well. It's crackley and not loud enough. I have this problem both with my car bluetooth (Acura TL - brand new) and my headset (Plantronics Discovery 665 - also brand new).
It is the phone because when I use my husbands el cheapo Sprint phone they both work great (car bluetooth and the headset).
So I am thinking maybe there is a bluetooth setting, or upgraded software or something, that I may need. Anyone know? I want to be able to use the bluetooth portion of it, though
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Your Bluetooth problem has been widely reported with the Mogul. There is no fix at present, but everyone seems optimistic that HTC and/or Sprint will fix it in the next firmware release (due sometime this fall). There may be some headset models that work better than others, but this problem seems to plague the vast majority of them when used with the Mogul.

my mogul has that problem also, but I would like add to your woes with some of my own, since this thread is already open regarding the mogul. no thread jacking intended...
anyway, I have a problem with my phone freezing up a lot. and only responding to a hard reset. or even sometimes I have to take the battery out just to get to work again. also the sevice sometimes goes out and dosent come back til I reset the phone.
things to note: I live and work in a normally good service area, also I had this problem with the previous phone also(sprint replaced it becuz I thought the phone was defective.)
that's all I can think of right now...

I also have the lock up problem now. Never had it until about 2 weeks ago, though. Sprint tech support wants me to replace the phone with a refurb unit, but I am hesitant to do that. I think they all probably have these same problems. I am beginning to wish I chose a Blackberry.
