so i thought i bricked my phone sense it was stuck on the t-mobile screen called them and they gave me the steps on how to button hard reset the wing so if you ever in a bind this should help out sense to my knowledge this isent any where else on the internet so heres the step by step
1.Turn on phone (duh)
2.Let it boot (no matter what screen it stops on this should work )
3.Press and HOLD 2 soft keys for 7 or more seconds

4.Take stylus and press the soft reset button
5.Black screen will come up telling you that it will delete everything and return it back to original settings
5.Press call button
6.Sit back and go through the steps of it setting up and there you no having to return it to t-mobile

I was also looking for this info on the web about a week ago...

Then I decided to actually read the owners manual & found it in there

Good info though, especially for those of us who won't read anything unless its on the web

Most HTC WM6 phones has a icon in their settings called 'clear storage' that does the same thing, FYI.
