Sony walkman phones (w810i, w610i, w580) are, in my opinion at least, the best mp3 player replacements. They have huge memory capacities, with memory card of course (w810i: 4gb w610i & w580: an 8gb was just released), amazing cameras (2 megapixels), awesome RF and great battery life.
