What do you love most about it?

I just bought it online last night so I have to wait to get it now, and I'm really anxious for it, and I'm just curious as to which things people like the most about this phone...

i used to have it and i must say it is a great phone. The camera feature is decent and the suretype is good(just make sure u proofread, lol). I really liked the small dainty look of it. It definetly does not look like ur normal blackberry.

Oh and the white pearl really has a pearl-escent look to it, its so hot!

lol nice! I was wondering how good of pictures it takes. My friend has one and she said it doesn't record video, is that true?

no video. the camera is decent with good lighting. otherwise it looks like a VGA camera. doesn't compare to a lot of the newer model phones with higher MP cameras.

i like calendar function. it keeps me organized (first phone i've utilized this function). works flawlessly. suretype is great too and if you text the limit for the inbox is quite large

battery life is very decent

Sure type is just like t9 except its with the pearl's 2 letters per button instead of three

I love the phone... everyone at work always say that its a girly phone... now i only know about 10 girls that have a blackberry.... and they dont even know how to use it..

my partner just said that thats why its called a "pearl" get it?

My pearl will be arriving tomorrow and I can't wait! I don't think the phone is girly at all. It fits well in a pocket and provides all the great blackberry features in a stylish shell.

i ordered the phone as well and received it yesterday. i like it alot. it's my first BB, and i'm getting used to the BB platform. but it's not brain surgery. i'm liking it alot.

Sorry but "Pearl" was named for the Trackball under the screen. The Curve has it too ... named after throwing the market a CURVE on the idea of what a BB can or cannot do. But also the Curve of the Pearl.

I owned one for 4mths; and to me the Black one is manly enough for a man to carry. Just as long as you're man enough to hold it as such and be cool about it not self conscious ... then its all good. RIM knew this. Thats why the White & Red models were made to cater more to the females out there.

For me I'm moving on to the Curve 8320; although of the 8120 (both with WiFi becomes official shortly after the 8320's announcement) - then I'll pick this up.

I wish they already came with WiFi, that is kind of disappointing. Mine is supposed to be here on the 4th and I am so anxious I tried calling and seeing if I could put a last minute rush on it but it had already been shipped out.. DEVASTATING!! I hate this wait. It's killing me. I am just the most impatient person ever, I know it'll be well worth it in the end. I am looking forward to figuring out the BB messenger. Two of my friends have the white and the black, and neither of them know what the heck they're doing with it.

I got mine today and I love it. The internet is pretty quick and I find suretype very easy to use. It is small amd feels great in the hand. Its an all around great phone.

yeah, the keyboard is one thing to get used to. i bet once i'm used to it, my fingers will be flying across the keypads.

aah i hate all you guys saying "i got mine.." lol... i'm still waiting.. next time i do something like this, i'm so springing for like next day delivery haha.

i tried to text from my friend's pearl, and the keyboard was nuts! i'm sure it'll take me a while..

i'm looking forward to using the BB messenger though

I definetly know what the wait time feels like. I ordered mine Sunday morning and by 6 that evening I was already craving it. It arrived Wednesday morning and I was ecstatic. Waiting for it makes the whole unboxing process so much more exciting.
