Hey guys, I'm new around here but figured this would be the place to get recommendations as it seems like you guys know your stuff.

So here's the situation:
My old Razr V3 (I'm on t-mobile) is calling it quits on me, but I don't wanna sign a new contract right now, so the options are pretty open. Here's what I'm lookin' for:

SMS/texting (most used function on my V3)
Decent UI
Usable camera

The budget: <150 USD.
