hey i need help connecting 2 my computer. i have al the software downloaded but it cant locate my phone. what can i do

If you expect any help from here, you need to provide a lot more info... Operating system? Phone?
Basically, install Active Sync, connect the phone to the computer via USB cable. Active Sync should automatically see the phone and start the partnership setup. If that doesn't work, reboot your phone and/or computer and try again.
