Not receiving some emails...

Hi there
I am a newbie to the blackberry world, and i have been having trouble receiving emails. I get some delivered to my phone, but while im at my office i receive emails that aren't going to my phone. I have setup my email and accounts at www.rogers.com/bwc and like i said i do get some, but not all. Have i set something up wrong here?

I am not sure about Rogers wireless, but I am with telus and I have my @rogers.com email account setup on my BB. If rogers labels it as [Bulk] it doesn't appear on my BB.
Good and bad i guess; i never know if im missing something that is mistakenly labelled as "bulk"
