Interesting Blackberry software?

I'm looking to get a PDA soon, leaning most towards a Blackberry and I was wondering what some of the more interesting software available for it would be?
I'm aware of the usual stuff like Google Maps and Opera, but what about some of the odder offerings? I know Windows Mobile has all kinds of crazy apps like console emulators, what kind of weird stuff exists for the Crackberry?
