LG VX9400 Music Sync and Bluetooth

It is said that the 9400 can sync music from your computer to your phone. I do not see how this works. When I pair my computer w/ the phone, all I can access and edit is the stinkin address book. Obviously not a phone guru. Can anyone help. All i want to do is transfer some songs from my computer to my phone.
P.S. I am using an imac.
