I had a PAC market account with a foundation account number. now i go look online i have a 14 digit - account number with a IRU fan? im on the phone with NBS right now trying to figure out "WTF?" is going on lol. Is this some new strategy? What are they doing?

could be worse. I had B2B get ahold of some of my IRU, and a couple small business i set up in the store, and flip all my features. I dont mind it being in the NBI, just stop screwing with the set up!!!!

PAC got divided and the people that would have been in split markets were converted to NBI

I think they are eventually going to take business accts away from us since we are incapaible of helping them

. In my market we are restricted to certain business and not all. Most of the time we have to direct them to the NBI. Watch! We wont be able to do them in a years time!!!
