If it's a CDMA K1m then it's as easy as reading a few seems.

If it's GSM then it's another story.

Seem 2784 rec 0001 bytes A: 4 digit User Security lock

Seem 2786 rec 0001 bytes E: 6 digit Master Security Lock

Seem 0055 rec 0001 bytes E: 6 digit SPC code

Use P2K Seem Editor SD with MSU running in the background.
