OK, so to summarize...

I ordered a P1i off of Ebay (x1387) approx 2 weeks ago.
Paid through echeck (some of you may remember me asking all these questions about it) and it clears on the 22nd of August.

So I get an email the next day with my tracking # etc..

The delivery is scheduled for the 24th, but for some reason is delayed until the 27th. Ok, no problem.

The 27th rolls around and still no phone.
I've been in contact with UPS quite frequently throughout the entire waiting process, always using their online tracking system.
Apparently the last scan they had of it was in California.

So as of now, my package is "lost" and a track was placed on Tuesday.
Called today and there is still no info on the whereabouts.

So a few questions for those who have been in this situation before:

-What are the chances of it turning up? And what could've POSSIBLY happened?

-If nothing turns up, do I get refunded the declared value on the package? Or not at all?

-If NEITHER will refund me ANYTHING, can I open a dispute on paypal with their buyer protection?

Just to update, my package was just delivered today.

Even though the deal is through, I still had no response back from x1387 at all.

Quite a negative experience for me, I dont think I'll ever order from them again.
