Alltel V3a Hard Reset not Master Reset/Clear

I work for an Alltel Agent and I have a V3a that came back from a customer. I am trying to clear the contents of the phone but the customer (who swears she didn't change any codes) changed the security code (000000) I have tried a variety of codes but nothing seems to work. I also have tried every program in my arsenal (PST, MPT, etc.) the problem is the phone doesn't appear to have drivers out there. I can't use any of these programs as they don't recognize the phone. I'm thinking at this point if there is truly a Hard Reset that's what i need to do. Alltel and Motorola are no help because I am just a sales rep and don't have any business diong those sort of things. I thought maybe someone out there might know a trick or know where to find drivers. I have been seaching for about a week half heartedly and tonight I have spent 3hrs really looking, to no avail. Please help.

have you tried the v3m drivers?

I've tried V3c V3m and the genereic motorola usb driver. I have most tools to do what I need to to most Motorola phones but this one is tricky. I put it in Bootloader and was able to see the phone in PST but it won't let me flash it. I was trying to flash with V3c and when that didn't work I tried a bunch of other flashes. I was told to put it into the bootloader and hold down the power while removing the battery, I've tried every form of that I could think of and still nothing. My wife works for Sprint/Nextel and she has some cool software also but she couldn't get anything either. I appreciate your help and hope to find a solution soon. Thanks

Same here i tried to flash the bottom line is alltel won't let you put this phone in p2k mode can't flash it can't use p2k commander.. I got MPT to read it fine and bitpim but no commander or flash.... It got a lock on it or something my phone just restarts when i try.... I got some skins on the v3a but had to overwrite them with Bitpim.... And luck let me know.. SUCKS>>>>>
