I have a Motorola RAZR V3 and was wondering if there is a way to protect certain text messages?

The reason I want to do this is because there are some text messages I would like to keep but do not want to delete every text message 1 by 1 in order to keep them. I would like to protect the messages I would like to keep and then clean up the mailboxes and delete all the others that way.

Please let me know if this can be done.

In my T-Mobile V3r (R3443U2 fw), if I open a text message and press Menu, one of the options is Lock. I think that's what you're looking for.

Hey, i have a problem I forget my password. :-( when resetting, does my messages and other files will be deleted? thanks!
