my iphone is stuck ...it keeps getting frozen ...ive tried to restore it but i cant get that "please connect to itunes thing to show up...i need help asap....ahhhhhhhhhhh

Sounds like you're in a bit of a pickle.

and you did the home button + off button at the same time and waited patiently?

does your top button work? Does it put it into sleep mode and wake it up normally?

Does your home button work? Does it wake up the phone, and return you to the home screen normally?

If both are 'yes', then you're not holding them both long enough to get the 'please connect...' screen. You have to hold them for about 25 seconds.

If it doesn't respond... take it to an Apple store, and show them. Should be grounds for an exchange, IMHO.

For like 25-30 seconds? I'm not trying to be an [MODERATOR EDIT] just trying to help. I have found that if you hold it for just a little bit it will reset with the Apple logo. Hold it longer than that and it "should" pop up the yellow triangle and ask you to connect to iTunes.

Have you tried that?

thanks to everyone who helped me ...i left my iphone connected to my charger for a few minutes n then tried it again ... its restoring right now...
