K790a Help...

I have a K790a and I have a problem. I have a problem charging my phone and using my headphones. I am pretty sure that there is a problem in the 12 pins where we connect the charger, etc. I tried cleaning it but it seems to do any good. Can someone help me please. Your response will be greatly appreciated.
