Hey

I found a hack to tether my treo 755p to my mac thru bluetooth, but it stopped working not to long ago, i dont know why. Is PDAnet worth it? Its like $40 right? Is there a foolproof way to save it just in case i have to do a hard reset?

is pdanet an application? if so... just save it on your Mac's desktop and it will never be deleted.

Pda net is definetly worth it. I use it all the time since my work computer is slow as dirt. Its the best $35 i spent all year. I think they have a 20 day trial or something so check it out and trust me, you wont be disappointed

wait... why do you need pdanet to get online???

I can use BT on my Mac with my Treo 680 directly.

Sprint doesnt allow you to tether unless you have the plan. There was a way around it it just stopped working recently, and im not paying $40 extra a month for something id only use in emergencies.

Plus, i just realized why i didnt have PDAnet already, it only works on windows, and i have a macbook. Any other suggestions?

If you have an unlimited data plan, you will not be charged anything for usage correct? I am thinking about using this PDAnet application on my 700p.
