Benefits / Wages in the Seattle/Tacoma area

I'm thinking about applying at one of the AT&T stores in my area and I wanted to know what the benefits / wages look like for someone working around 32 hours a week (I'm a student and can't afford to go to 40.)
Right now I work at Starbucks, been there nearly 3 years, and I'm just feeling the need to get out of the fast food industry and into something I enjoy more (I love the company itself, I just need a change of scenery.)
Can anyone help me out? I'm looking to compare between who has a better deal for employees.
