N73 ME - Better build, MUCH better camera, and good mp3 player.
Prada - show and touchscreen, no quadband
Shine - chic fone.

N73 is a bit slow as its "old" N series phone, but other than that i would take the N73. Cant comment on the looks thats what you should figure out 
Prada wouldnt be bad either.
