Hello,

I assume there's nothing I can do about this - I dropped my phone for a mere second in some water - only about the bottom half went in. My phone turns on just fine but then goes into flight mode after a few seconds - so I can still use all the other programs but just can't make calls.

I tried putting it in a bag of rice and silica packets, tried drying it out for several days but it's still not working?

Does anyone have any better ideas as I don't have insurance and am not eligible for an upgrade for another year?
