Hey my bumpola, any clue anybody?

That's and interesting photo. It could be any PCS (1900 MHz), 3G (17/21) or even WiMax carrier. It won't be 850 MHz because there is not enough signal diversity in a single antenna. (They can't use polarity diversity in the US)

Ok by the way before they put on the weather cover the were three long thin oval(like a race track shape) shape indivual antennas . And on the corner below next to the light pole /cell , the put in a large 8'x10' eletrical/phone vault.

Any help anyone? I thought some bigger images might help.

I don't know, I have never seen a cell phone tower that small. All the ones around here are like 100+ feet tall.

Well, I'm impressed. If your neighborhood/city can get a cell carrier to spend the money to install micro-cells like that rather than sticking up huge, ugly towers like they do everywhere around my town, you must have some strong controls on them.

It in San Marino ca, otherwise know in the past as the beverly hills of the san gabriel valley, and because of it cell site tight ways( in the past) has some of the worst cell service in the san gabriel valley here in So CAL. I think with the increasing asian population in san marino the resisdents are become more cell site friendly which is good new for me because I live around the north san gabriel / san marino border. still No one with insite which companys cell site that is?

Someone got to know something?

I don't really think there is a way to know whose cell tower it is. An antenna is an antenna.

Go to city hall and find out who the permit was issued to.

Kinda low and small for a cell tower.

My guess it's a terrestrial satellite radio repeater.

T mobile so its gsm, how do I know, well my dad has a t mobile prepaid cell at home he use to get antenna and one bar if he was lucky and his cell drop calls like a B52 bomber. Well now he's getting 4 to 5 bars and excellent indoor service, so I think it safe to assume it Tmobile mini cell. Good new for him
