So I installed DASH weather on my Blackjack but when I try to load the weather for my area it always gave me an error saying that it couldn't the weather for my area... so I tried multiple Zip codes but still nothing. Tried finding by city but still couldn't find it.... I live in a large city so that wouldn't be the problem. I even tried to looking up cities like Dallas, TX and even New York City but still nothing... I can load the weather radar for my area but no forecast..

Anyone else had issues with that app? I'm using Weather Watcher now.. but the DASH app looks nice.

Do you have .NET Compact Framework 2.0 installed on your phone? It is a requirement in addition to Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone Edition.

You can try the Weather Underground mobile website at http://m.wund.com from your mobile phone. It does not require an installation program.

Yes sir, did install that.. the app wouldnt even launch without having that installed..

I tried re-installing and getting the latest version bit still nothing.

I've had the same trouble with it on my Blackjack, but only at various times. The first few times I tried it I got the error...tried it later on in the day and it worked.

Every now and then I'll still get those errors.

I am having the same problem. I don't thing you're doinganything wrong. Have you sent an email to the developer?

Glad I'm not the only one to have the issue on my Blackjack .. Might have to send an email to the developer

I see potential with this app, but it needs lots of work. You need to mak sure your phone is app unlocked too.

I see potential too, from the screenshots I've seen. And my phone is definitely app unlocked.

Its not the phone but the application Dash weather 1.0.3 has been like that for the past few weeks the author of the application knows about the "error" and is working on a fix....He is doing this as a hobby in his free time, someday there will be an update

That sucks then, at least the program is free.... can't complain there. Glad to see I'm not the only one who's had problems with the app.
