Blackjack doing some weird things (WM6)

I updated to WM6 a couple weeks ago and everything was fine. Recently it started doing weird stuff. If I open up IE or any program and it's idle for about 5 seconds, it'll just minimize. The screen won't go off, it will literally just go back to the home screen. It's VERY annoying.

Next, this just happened today. I downloaded a ringtone, changed some sound settings, and then downloaded a game...

If the "messaging" application is not open...when I receive a message then go to "messages" (not emails) it will automatically go to my outbox rather than my inbox. I have to manually switch the view to the inbox. Now if I keep it like this and keep the messaging application open, it won't have this problem. However I like to keep programs closed to save RAM...

Also, on average, if you guys have no applications running, how much RAM is usually being used?

Is there a setting somewhere that sets how long a program is idle on the screen until it minimizes? I mean, I'll be waiting for something to load and it'll minimize...it's very annoying.

With only an established ActiveSync connection I usualy have between 29.8-30.2 used.

Yes, it is called Home Screen Timeout. Default is about 10 seconds. You can find it in one of the settings in "Settings" utility.

I do not see this setting anywhere. Is this for WM6 too?

I don't even remember it being there in WM5.

Settings > Display > Home Screen > Time Out (it's at the bottom)

Thanks...I'll see if this helps out.

Sometimes it'll just go back to the Home Screen in less than 3 seconds. The default is 10...I just put it up to 5 minutes so we'll see how this works.

thanks again.

Oh how I love the random problems that people have with Beta software..

Home screen timeout has been there since Windows Mobile 2003.
