Comission Question

Hey everyone, I looked at my MyComp screen this morning from August, and I'm missing 17 upgrades. I started looking through opus and the codes on the upgrades are my codes but they aren't showing in my comp. Is there anything I can do to reclaim those upgrades?!

what about iphone's we sold during the first 2 weeks of launch? at&t was fixing the dealer codes and I don't think I even got paid off the iphones even though they are under my dealer codes.

Then that's an HR problem. All of your commission codes should roll up to you "P" number on your paycheck. Apparently one of yours is not.
