Blackjack and setting up mail2web.com

I was successful in getting my Blackjack to interface properly with MS Exchange via mail2web for the last month or so.
In the last day or two I notice that the Blackjack is only displaying in the inbox messages from the last 2-3 days, whereas, it used to show all the messages in the inbox.
I logged in via the web to the mail2web mailbox and all my messages are there in the inbox.
They are just not showing on the blacjack. I am assuming I must have changed some Blackjack setting to only show some of the messages? I have searched for the setting and can't find it. I did find the setting for pop/imap accounts, but not for Exchange.
Can anyone lead me to a fix?
Thanks,
keith

In the email inbox settings, you need to change the sync setting to sync all emails. The default is only last 3 days of emails. This is to reduce the memory consumption on your phone.
ActiveSync->Menu->Options->Microsoft Exchange, hilite E-mail and hit settings button to change it.

Thanks Fatbat, was searching the email setup not activesync. That did the trick. What is recommended for these settings, 3 days is a tad short, what can be used without overloading?
Thanks!

If you have a memory card, use the hack to store mail, and ie cookies and history there.

nvision, searched for the hack to store email on memory card to no avail, do you have a link?
Thanks,

Here you are good sir,

This is a hack made for the T-Mobile SDA but works great on my blackjack with both WM5/6 but as always, YMMV.

Thank you fine sir, seems to work just fine with my Blackjack's "Outlook Email" account, which is mail2web. I have other IMAP email accounts that are still being stored on the BJ, not on the storage card. The Outlook Email account does seem to be on the storage card. Anyway to get all email accounts to the storage card?
Thanks,
Keith

Im not an email expert but I think IMAP just displays on the device while the email is stored on the server, whereas pop3 is actually downloaded. Someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

IMAP mail is stored on a server and your client accesses it and stores a copy locally so you can access your mail that you already saw without having net access. Whatever you do to the mail locally will reflect to the server (i.e. if you delete a mail in your Inbox, all the other computers you setup with the same IMAP account will have the same message deleted).
I use IMAP via fastmail.fm which works very good with an iPhone. As for WM, that's up to you.
