Change outside LCD on unbranded k1m

I want to change the outside LCD pic on my unbranded k1m. its all stock MOTO. SO when i go a/mobile/ there is not verizon.gif or alltel.gif because its unbranded. in fact, there is no file.gif in that directory...
where can i find it?
