Roaming charges delay

I got my August invoice and there seems to be some charges missing. Back in July, before the 27th bill date, I called in and had Connect USA added to two of my lines.
They took a trip to NYC from the 23rd to the 27th. Not only did they expire the feature too early, but I seem to be missing some calls. Well, actually, a lot of calls.
The detailed invoice is only showing a handful of minutes, but there should be much more than that, so I'm wondering where the rest went. How delayed are roaming charges reported?
My guess is they're all going to pile onto next month's bill, which of course will have no Connect USA coverage and so I'll be billed the full brunt, which brings up my second question, what is full roaming costs?

Digital Mode: .99¢ airtime, .75¢ long distance
Analog Mode: $1.80 airtime, .99¢ long distance

Roaming charges can be applied up to 3 months after it was done.
They are showed on your bill like usual (you will see usage from x date to y date = z minutes and your 'real' monthly usage on another line). However it WILL take into account whatever roaming features you had at that time so no worries.
