I have a Motorola Ming with AT&T and I cant send or recieve pics or get on the internet. Can anybody give me the browser settings for AT&T for my Ming, Thanks!

The browser settings are not specific for any phone. You just have to put the same settings in the correct place in the phone's setup. The settings for connecting to AT&T are in the FAQs. You have to open your Setup Menu and enter the settings in a profile or create a new profile. Copying and editing an existing profile would be easier than entering everything from scratch.
