My Nokia 7250 Review!

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Just bought a Nokia 7250 couple days ago.. Ever since I have it I can't get enough of it. hehe.... There's just so much things to do on the phone. There's the built in camera, downloaded games, text message, etc....

There is a con about this phoen that I must admit. The battery was pretty bad on the first couple days i got it. I'm not sure is it because I didnt' charge it good or what. Ont he first night i charged it 10 hours then the next time I only charged it 45 minutes. then the third i charged it for 12 hours +. Now I'm on my 4th charge.. Charged it 14+ plus! lolz... ANd it seems good. But the first couple charges the battery just went dead soooo fast.... I'm not sure is it because of me always using the CAMERA and playing games all the time. That might be it, but anyways every 2 days i had to charge it.. Lolz.. Hopefully now on my 4th charge it'll last longer.. A friend told me that this phone takes a bit time for the battery to break in.. So hopefully it'll work properly by now..

The screen is very clear.... The built in camera is fairly good, if it was close shot. IF it was a shot of more then 4 metres, don't even think about it. =) Now I dunno how to upload the pictures back on my comp. The pc suite 5.1 that I downloaded off the nokia website doesn't allow you to download the pictures back on the comp. MMS is still not supported by Rogers AT&T in Canada, so I can't send them to myself even though I already tried..
=)

The phone is very light must I say. It looks BIG, but it's FAIRLY small and light weight. This phone is light as a feather, compare to the past phones I have. I thought the nokia 8390 was light, this is even LIGHTER...

When I bought the phone, it came with stereo headset, which I can use to listen to the radio and / or use it as a handsfree. At first i thought it was only a headset for the radio, so I was gonna go buy myself headset, but later on found it was a headset for both radio and to talk on the phone.

As all other nokia's the menu's very clean and easy to use. The polyphonic ringtone is very loud when i want it too, compare to other polyphonic phones i've had. I can download polyphonic ringtones or use the traditional way the monophonic ones through SMS. I tried sending it as SMS for mono, and it works!. Says ringtone received, and when i played it, it actually played the song and vibrate like it normally would on my nokia 8390.

The reception on the phone is far beyond superiod, in my opion. I can pick up signal STRONGER, where Iw ould usually get it weak.

I can use the pictures i've taken with the built in camera as my wallpaper. Your also able to change the color scheme for the phone also to match with your background or to your own like.

I think the digital clock screensaver on the nokia 7250 is much better then the nokia 6590, where it was analog.

there are some things that the phone is lackign compare to other nokia phones that they came out with. Voice dialing? Where is it? They should also make a SMALL zoom for the camera.. But good thing even on high quality digital pictures, I can still fit over 300 pictures i believe with the camera. And bout 500 or more on low quality. Very big memory!

Very big letters & numbers also when your scrolling through your phonebook.

Well that's my review for the Nokia 7250. If I've missed something and their interested about it, give me a pm, and I'll sure try to add it on if I can! TY now!

try fully draining it, fully recharge and redo those two things over and over 3-4 times, it should help the battery last longer

Actually I fell in love with that phone but one problem is that it is still not available in UK! The phone is cool with build in camera. it is really nice but too bad it is not here yet in UK. That is why I got the Panasonic GD87. As for me I think it's way much better than 7650 which is so bulky.
